Community Outreach

At TWS Legal Consultants, we believe that our business is part of a wider community.  Therefore, we are committed to doing our bit to help achieve a fairer society, where everyone has equal access to justice.

As well as taking part in community events and charity drives, we are proud to offer a Divorce Legal Clinic in Dubai  and Matrimonial Legal Clinic on a regular basis.  This is a specialised divorce clinic led by experienced, qualified family lawyers.  We provide free preliminary guidance to both Non-Muslims and Muslim expatriates in Dubai/UAE who are considering divorce/separation and require assistance with financial settlements or are facing child custody and/or guardianship issues.

The clinic provides a great avenue to familiarise yourself with potential solutions to family issues; particularly when you are in a jurisdiction where the laws and procedures are different from your home country.  We recognise that dealing with family issues when you are far from home can be daunting.  Our free clinics provide a safe, confidential venue for you to learn about the family law process.
